WASTE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY
We provide bespoke services for waste management and treatment, from landfill sites to scrap dealers. Brookmere can provide you with Technically Competent cover on either a temporary or permanent basis. We can currently provide WAMITAB LS-4, Landfill with Hazardous Waste, Level 4 and also WAMITAB HROC6, Treatment with Hazardous Waste, Level 4. These qualifications cover the requirements of the majority of the Waste Management Industry spectrum. We can also support you with Permit applications, Permit variations, ELV advice & Hazardous Waste consignment.
Auditing
As a Member of the BSI Associate Consultant Programme (ACP), Brookmere can carry out applicable Audits for Quality (ISO 9001), Health & Safety (OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001) and Environmental (ISO14001) to ISO standards or help you prepare for regulatory visits/ audits.
We carry out audits to evaluate your compliance and update your organisational processes along with ongoing H&S and environmental legislative updates and also support with audits of third party supply chain and contractors
Rail Recovery
Brookmere can offer experience and support in the field of rail recovery. We can offer consultancy on a regular or emergency basis. We can also offer a full recovery service in partnership with Alma Rail ltd.

Any support used should have been or planning to undertake approved transition training against the Quality, OH&S and Environmental ISO standards as per the clause requirement below, this is particularly relevant when carrying out or reviewing internal audits.
Due to the cost of keeping compliant and the streamlining of businesses it may be more cost effective to use a competent external resource to manage requirements on a part time basis.
Whilst not a requirement, being an independent BSI approved consultant has the potential to add value when it comes to realising the auditor’s needs, expectations and compliance/certification requirements.
An agreed bespoke plan will be put together based on your individual requirements to recover or maintain compliance obligations.
